Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role is critical in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
SEO/SEM Management: Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and manage paid search campaigns to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, including content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies and campaign optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing expenditures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
